We conctacted Ecowest as they were an accredited BBB business. Our plan was to replace 2 external doors and possible some windows. From the start, we clearly stated we can not afford a complete home windows and doors replacement. Upon on the home estimate, it was obvious the rep only wanted to sell us the entire home windows and doors replacement package. We opted only 2 doors replacement with a request for a formal quote on the cost to replace all windows over 2 timeframes. Also with the timeline when the doors will arrive for installation, we told the representative we would be away during the vacation and was wondering if we can expedite this order prior to our vacation. Ecowest took our payment for the door, never responded with the windows quote, and didn't bother contacting us regarding the vacation request. They contacted us for door installation 2 weeks after our 2 weeks vacation for door installation. Additionaly, upon in the installation, there were 2 deficiencies. When we finally was able to talk to the individual who will repair the deficiencies, he told us he hurt his back in another job and would not be able to schedule a repair till the next week. Ironic that if a person is hurt on a job, everything needs to be stalled upon his return. This company has only shown they can not provide good customer service unless you have you pay big dollar up front. The products are good quality.

Hi - thank you for the review. We are sorry you feel this way as we thought you were both very pleasant to work with, and thought all was well with your overall experience. I am not sure why it is ironic that someone who is unable to work due to injury is not able to work, but perhaps I am missing something here. Either way, from what I can gather, the products were installed in a timely fashion, and a couple of minor deficiencies were addressed afterward.
