Citrus O

Have had them in my townhouse on two occasions. They do a good job, but don't expect them to move anything. They clean only the easily accessible flooring. They take care to remove any and all stains that will come out. My only issue with them is that once they get your phone number they will phone you excessively to book another appointment.

I've used them twice in my condo in Vancouver. I really like the professionalism and service. They show up on time, and the formula for their cleaner seems to smell nicer. They also don't try and add extras when charging you.

We used them twice a while back and they did our living room, hallway and bedroom. They did a great job and the smell in the air was phenomenal. They were very well priced and great service.

Have used Citrus-O 3 times over the past 3 years and have always been impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning. Service personell have been friendly and cost was what was quoted.

The service was OK, though the carpet really wasn't that clean. My biggest beef with this company is there adverting practices. They continue to call you to offer their services even when you ask them to stop. The endless telemarketing from them is really frustrating. Avoid this company they are until they stop telemarketing!

Mike was very professional and courteous. It was great to have someone in our home who took such care in his work. Would not hesitate to recommend the company to others - head and shoulders above the rest!

I've had Citrus-O Carpet Cleaning services clean my carpets on 3 occassions now, and every time I've been very satisfied with the service. They are highly respectful, informative & efficient. Plus the scent of citus is much more pleasant than the alternative!

Felt the carpet cleaning wasn't thorough enough, they didn't remove stains. They provided poor customer service and I was dissapointed with their overall service. I wouldn't recommend this to freidn or family.

I have two cats and they cleaned our carpets throughout the house and the smell was fantastic after they were done. It was light and the house smelled fresh. I told my sister and she used them and had the same great experience.

They cleaned our carpets and while they did an excellent job on the carpets, the man who came spoke too much after the work was done and we were anxious to get on with our day. They did two carpets and were reasonably priced.
