So pleased with my new roof. Excellent product, well engineered. From the delivery guy to the installers.....they were fantastic. Installation was 1 day and 3 hours and it looks fantastic. Get many comments from neighbours....all very positive. Love it! No more shingles to replace every 8-10 years.....Yippee!!

We chose to have a steel roof installed because we did not want to have to keep changing shingles every so many years and we also have a roof over our back patio that is a small pitch, so that the snow had a tendency to stay there and the weight and extra water would make us have to change at least that more often. We got Hy-Grade to install a complete roof and even though we had some issues of water dripping from the roof over the patio into the aluminum at the edge of the patio roof, Hy-Grade came out numerous times to rectify the situation and I am glad to say, I believe that they have corrected it. Even the owner came out to check the roof and changed the skylight we had in it and that was not the problem. Don't know what it was, but they kept coming back until the problem was solved. I had recommended them to a neighbour and they also got Hy-Grade to install a steel roof on their house and they are very happy as are we with out. A 50 year warranty means we will never have to worry about a roof again. Hy-Grade takes pride and has a commitment in what they do and do it properly. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good roof for life. They are the pros and I believe leading the way for steel roofs.

We knew we wanted a steel roof. It was just a matter of finding the right company.

We asked around and also attended a home show. The roofing consulting manning the booth was also representing the territory in which we live. He knew all about his and his competitors' products and was very personable. After listening to what he said, and seeing what other products/companies were out there, we decided Hy-Grade was for us.

When the materials were delivered we met Hy-Grade's driver. He was a great guy too. When the installation crew arrived they were fabulous too.

Our installation crew were very professional and clearly took pride in their work. We were very impressed that the crew leader took the time to ask various questions regarding existing roof problems and kept us apprised of progress. He promptly reported potential concerns and solutions exceeding our expectations.

Our small bungalow really "pops" with the Tile Red and we get lots of compliments. Our roofing consultants (a team) were very pleasant to deal with. They answered all of our questions and asked if we needed any clarification on anything. They are what we call "people oriented" people.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They worked together as a solid unit, while having some laughs and sharing camaraderie, seldom seen in work crews, while never missing a beat or step in their work! This work is second to none. What a great group of guys!

We have the best looking roof in the neighbourhood. We love it when we walk down street and can't help but look at how great our roof looks. All our neighbours have commented on how good it looks too. And yes, we highly recommend a Hy-Grade to everyone needing a new roof!

The whole project went exactly as described by the roofing consultant from start to finish. Your product is "pricey" but you get what you pay for as your roof system solves all the problems of shingle roofing and your roof system looks like a far better roof.
