Elvis definitely knows his job but he lacks good etiquette, customer service and respect for his client. He doesn't believe his client can ask him questions; very rude and abrupt. He was well behind schedule.

So I don't help you out with your insurance scam and you leave me a bad review one home stars WOW,,,,,, you tried to scam your insurance company,,this is why mines so high,,,, I seen you coming a mile away with that crap,,,, good luck,, I hope they don't charge you with fraud.i told the guy the truth,, sorry,,,,I don't know how they do things in nigeria but we are not all scammers here in canada so good day to you.
