My partner and I purchased a new home and wanted to get it painted before moving in. Usually we paint ourselves but moving from a condo to a larger 3 bedroom home seemed a little overwhelming for us to do ourselves especially having a new baby. We decided to get a few quotes and save the trouble of doing it ourselves. Alex and Lauren from Encore came out to quote the work about a week ahead of our moving date. They were great and got me a detailed quote same day. I had a ton of questions they were happy to answer. We chose their team as they seemed the most professional and were able to complete our kitchen, living room, dining room and hallways in 2.5 days while we moved our things into our new home around them. Time to complete the job was a large factor in why we chose Encore. We’re very happy with the end result, and they’ve made our century home look fresh and brand new!
The team that came to do the painting did very detailed work and they even repaired a few spots for me that I didn’t think would be fixable on old door frames. I made a colour change at the end of the first day and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. We had the team do ceilings, crown mouldings, walls and trim. They made our 108 year old house look new again (or at least new to us!) and now it feels like home. We are so happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them.
