Very happy with the look of the roof. We saw and advertisement in a flyer and visited their outlet on Dundas Street. We checked out some other customers who were very happy with the work they had done. We settled on what was to be done and the cost. The contractors came and did the work, except the satellite dish was not removed. They claim that they weren't told to remove it. An other company came to do the sofits,eaves-trough and fascia, etc, they removed it for us. We now have an opening that we are waiting for London Eco to fill in. The roof looks great and we are happy with the product.

It was a fairly big job, house and garage. We saw the company at the home show, They came by, we made the plans, gave a price. We settled and made arrangements for them to come do the work when we were ready.

We finally replaced asphalt shingles with an attractive durable and cost effective steel. We have a century-old home deserving of the quality treatment received from London Eco-roofing. From marketing, sales and installation, the people we dealt with were communicative, efficient and professional in their dealings with us. The project started on time and ended on time and our roof is beautiful to behold. The piece of mind you get with a warranty of over half a human lifetime is well worth the marginal additional cost over conventional shingles.

London Eco-Roof did a great job on our new roof from A to Z. They were prompt in the quote and answering our questions. After approx 3 weeks for the detailed measurements and manufacturing, the installation was quick and painless. For a cost comparable to shingles, we have a sturdy and efficient roof with a one-stop 55 year warranty.

Needed a new roof ASAP. We went with steel because of aesthetics and durability. Went with Eco-Roofing because of the product and on a recommendation.The crew installed in brutal winter conditions, and worked hard. The roof is beautiful and have had many compliments on it. In fact my parents are now going with a Eco-Roof too. We did have problems with the installation crew though. Initially they showed up without a ladder and had to borrow mine! They left debris (shingles, nails, screws, tools, wood and metal) on the ground. Worst of all was the cigarette butts they left all over. I picked up all of the debris. The crew also said they would come back once the snow was gone to sweep for debris but they never did, So overall, excellent product and installation, poor follow-up.

Metal roof with 55 year transferable warranty for the price of asphalt. Quick, neat installation and they cleaned the gutters too. Will it last 55 years? We will see. I will let you all know.

After a long in depth review of roofing system and contractors. (they are all only as good as their installers are) . I chose to go with London Eco Roof. I have a very large and complicated roof and 3 out buildings. The product is great and not smoke and mirrors. The install method is best in class and the crew lead by Matt is a hard working team that cares about and pays attention to all details no matter how small. They fixed things that were in no way part of the job and made changes to things to make the end result more beautiful. I would without hesitation recommend their product and methods under the supervision of Matt. I can not comment to other installer teams.
Do your rain gutter and screen guard at same time and be done with all the screwing around for the rest of your life. Enjoy everyday Scott

Our asphalt shingles deteriorated AGAIN, after 12 year even though they are rated at 25 years. So we decided to explore the steel roof alternative. We called around and talked to a few people. We were very impressed with Eco Roof. They explained the whole process, the pros and cons and presented samples. No pressure just solid information.

We thought it through and decided we'd be in this house a while so we provided the go ahead.

They have their own workforce and manufacture their own product so everything is under their control and as a result everything went very smooth. Head installer Alex, was super and knew his stuff. They left the place in good order every day and the finished roof looks great. This is very residential friendly, not the old style industrial look. The neighbours and all asking about it and we're very pleased.

Even had a huge rainstorm a few days after the install and although others had suggested steel roofs may be noisy, we found it very quiet. This is high grade stuff, well installed with an air gap, not some cheap tin product.

Yes, cost more that traditional shingles but now looking forward to many years of savings in the long run and no more decaying asphalt shingles.

London Eco of Ottawa Metal Roof were great. They got the job done efficiently and our roof looks great. Robert was accessible, honest and easy to work with. Price was competitive and the timeline was met. Overall, the experience was good. We would not have a problem recommending London Eco in Ottawa to anyone.
