The asphalt shingle/roofer repair game is over.
Our London Eco 'Bingo' profile metal roof is as amazing as it looks. The installation was impressive and the day after completion, we were hit with 105km winds causing damage to other houses that are still trying to get repairs a month later.
It doesn't make sense to spend 1/2 as much to re-shingle and depend on dubious quality only to have the same problems a few years later.
We told our neighbours that 'we are paying it forward to the next owner', and hey, we'll enjoy an energy saving along the way.
