My husband and I did a lot of research and spoke to many companies before selecting MAXgreen. What brought us back to MAXgreen was not only their fair price, but their installation technique, which was explained thoroughly and completed perfectly. Then we also got the surprise of choosing a charity to donate to. A true member of the community.

The technicians were always on time, were kind, and completed the job in the allotted time. They were honest with a couple of (very small) issues and fixed them immediately.

Our house now feels more secure and comfortable and we have noticed a true difference in temperature and feel good about the work that was completed. Even our neighbours have been commenting on how good it looks.

Two years ago we reached out to Jim at MAXgreen for assistance from our home on Vancouver Island where there is no MAXgreen, and we did it again! He helped guide us in understanding our windows, this time we were having issues with condensation. Jim patiently walked us through possible issues we may have and how to rectify them. The best renovation investment I ever made during the last 5 years, I requested a quote for the whole house windows then I chose to install only 2 windows out of 10 due to my budget limitation these days, MAXgreen fully understood the situation and completed this installation job in really a professional manner, this way I saw (in reality) how did they handle my job and I am surely going with them for the rest of my house windows for the coming 2 years, they are amazing in everything; quoting and job handling and finishing,

We had an issue with a skylight blind we had installed and purchased through MAXgreen. What we thought would be a fairly simple issue turned into anything but. HOWEVER that had absolutely NOTHING to do with MAXgreen. (Blind was still under manufacturer's warranty). The reason for this review is simply to state that once again, Adam and MAXgreen never let us down. No matter the time or day, Adam was always quick to reply and get the ball rolling in the direction that it was to go in. We had some windows and a new front door installed by MAXgreen years ago and were beyond impressed with the workmanship, communication and little services we needed over the years. This is all to say that every time we reach out to MAXgreen we get a very quick reply and our problems are taken care of leaving us feel like we really are more than 'just a customer'. Commitment to the job and excellent customer service is a rarity these days. That means MAXgreen is a rarity. We will always turn to them when needing a new project done or if we even have a question or concern.
