I believe in quality and service. I deal with it every day in my line of work so I have some high expectations. When it came to replacing our windows, we did our research, went through a list of companies to get some quotes, and our decision with 'MAXgreen' was spot on!

They treated us very well and we are happy with the final results of the 6 windows we had replaced. The team consisting of Garry, Andrew, Matt, and Adam (The owner) are down to earth, yet professional, and service orientated individuals. They were able to help us understand the installation process and work with us when we had some feedback/issues during the walk-through.

Here are some highlights of what we experienced:
- Garry gave us some great recommendations and education on weather proofing our existing windows and doors.
- During the installation, Andrew and Matt were very considerate with the work done in the house. They altered their existing plan and worked on the baby room first based on our request. They cleaned as they went, which was very helpful especially with a 18 month baby in the house.
- Matt did some some great detailing to the interior of the basement windows. It was very cool for him to ask for our opinions.
- Andrew was very patient with our feedback, and was able to answer our questions about the size of basement windows and its exterior.
- We were able collaborate with Andrew in getting additional work done to the existing living room window to kinda match the newer windows.
- Andrew fixed our screen door for no charge. That was a step up and beyond!
- When it came down to the walk-through, Adam was able to drop by, review the installation, and provide solutions to the minor issues found.
- Andrew were able to resolve the minor issues to our satisfaction.

The only recommendation that I suggest for 'MAXgreen' is to manage expectations by visually displaying the different exterior windows sizes (I.e. A picture of the existing window with a "rough" overlay of the new window) to the customer prior to installation. This will give the customer of what the exterior will looks like and ensure that everyone (Sales person, installer, and customer) are on the same page.

All in all, not matter what your project is, you will need to find a contractor that is willing to work with you, and value your feedback. We found that with Adam (Owner of 'MAXgreen'). He was able to manage our expectations and that is a 10/10 in my books. I will be calling his company again when we need our other windows and doors replaced.

We ordered a high end Duxton fiberglass window and sliding patio door and wanted an installation company to match the quality of the Duxton products. I requested that Blueskin be used to protect the wood and that was no problem. The patio door was very heavy (approx. 375 lbs) and had to be lifted up one storey onto a deck for installation. This was accomplished with no damage to our deck much to my satisfaction. The installation of both the window and patio door were both excellent and we plan on having them install more Duxton windows and likely a new front door.

I recently replaced some exterior doors. I'm very happy with the products recommended by Maxgreen, and the install team was top notch! Installation into old construction is not easy, but they finish/trim was quite well done. Very professional company to work with.

I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work done. The two man team removed the old windows and installed the new ones in about 4 hours. They cleaned up the work site perfectly, inside and out. They were both extremely pleasant and when enroute to my house they encountered a problem with the vehicle, they called to let me know they would be a half hour later than scheduled. The initial consult for the estimate was done within a short period of time from when I called and I had an actual price and approximate install date shortly after. Once the windows were ready to go, MAXgreen called me and we set up a date for the windows to be installed. The windows look great and are being thoroughly enjoyed as the old ones were in very rough shape!

We would like to express our gratitude for the efficient, first rate service provided by Maxgreen Windows & Doors in installing our new windows. We are so pleased with the price, the product and the work done.

The windows look great. Not only were the installers, Matt and Andrew, experienced and skilled, they demonstrated an enthusiastic dedication to detail, which resulted in a high standard of workmanship.

Once again Jim and Matt did an excellent install. This time on our front windows. Personable friendly and respectful. They also cleaned up afterwards right down to vacuuming our carpets. I look forward to the next install when I order in the spring.
