Found leaking elbow at hot water tank so called for repair.
Arrived next day at time quoted.
Tank was 13 yrs old and elbow was hard to get at so agreed to
replace tank,fix elbow,etc.
Found exhaust/chimney was wrong type also (not safe as was not
double walled so outside was hot).
When removing from roof,,flashing ripped 3 shingles as last installer
used about 20 nails and tons of tar,etc.
So,,I had some spare shingles so not only did Dave change my tank,chimney,etc he also replaced the 3 shingles,sealed,etc.
I dont think most plumbers would have gone to this level of making it
right.Thx Dave.
