I was referred to Roof Repairs from another excellent contractor I have worked with after not getting so much as a return phone call from 4 other roofing firms on this site. From the first phone call, Brad, Kim and Ronald were friendly, professional and clearly interested in doing a good job. There was a delay with completing the project due to the endless rain we got this spring in Toronto, but they came by the first chance they could and finished the job in one day. And it's gorgeous! And will save me tons of money in foundation repairs in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their great work and customer service.

I was out of the country when my tenants informed me that their roof was leaking. The weather forecast was for more heavy rain, so I called roofrepairs.ca. They were able to inspect and repair the roof the same day I called. They were very helpful and I am very happy with their service.

Over the last 5 years, I had desperately tried to find a company that would repair or replace my eaves trough and could not find a company that would do such a small job. I even asked the roofing company, that replaced my roof, to do it last year, they did a temporary fix, twice, that held for one rainfall. Kim the office manager at RoofRepair.ca called and scheduled everything and was very reassuring. Brad came and took care of the issue. He explained the issue and what needed to be done. So grateful! I had done a smaller job with Brad before and was very happy with his work, so I had him quote the job. His quote was competitive, and more importantly the work that he and his crew did was fantastic. They went out of their way to clean up leaves that spilled out of the old eaves while taking them down, and walked the property when they were done looking for any loose metal or nails etc that might have gotten away from them. These guys are pros, and the guys you want doing the job. I would recommend Roofrepairs.ca to friends and family.

We called Brad for an ongoing raccoon problem as an emergency repair. Brad was extremely fast to reply and arrived at the house with shingles ready to complete the repair which he did promptly and took pictures to share. While there, Brad also repaired another section of work without charging incremental. Overall it was an excellent experience and a month and a half later we are still raccoon free!

On Monday my FB update read, "It's raining and our roof is leaking :( ". By late Monday afternoon, it was still raining but out roof was no longer leaking - Yay! It rained all day Tuesday and our roof was still not leaking - double Yay!! All thanks to RoofRepairs.ca and their quick, efficient and wonderful work.

For us it started when the rain began on Sunday night and I noticed large wet spots on the laundry room floor landing and in our family room - two totally different areas of our house, but at the same level. Yes, it was our carpets that were wet and nothing was dripping from the ceiling. We called a plumber first thing Monday thinking it was all due to a leaking pipe somewhere in the garage ceiling. The plumber came, opened a spot in the garage ceiling and said there was no piping in that area - the water was coming from the roof and seeping down. Nice!

We needed someone who could do a quick roof repair. We didn't want our whole roof re-done, just the spot that was causing the leak. Roofrepairs.ca looked like they could do just that. I'm sure there were a lot of people with leaking and flooding problems that day - the rain never stopped but RoofRepairs.ca was quick to respond to my call! I talked to Brad about our problem and he said Kim would call me back to schedule a repair time. Within minutes Kim called to tell me Ronald would be at our place within a couple of hours. It was a busy day for them.

Ronald came and quickly assessed the problem - a hole in the roof. We had previously had problems with raccoons and sealed them out, but now it looks like they were trying to find another way in. From the photo Ronald showed me, it looks like they chipped off the shingles and made a hole in the roof. Ronald had the roof patched up in no time and ensured any trough water ran off the side of the house, not the inside. We probably need more of a long-term fixed, but rain is expected for the rest of the week and we're dry!

I had my roof replaced in 2012 (by another company) and already had shingles blowing off 5 years later. The missing shingles resulted in a serious leak. With rain in the forecast all weekend, I requested the quote from Homestars at 9:30 and Brad was onsite (in the rain) by 11:30 with the missing section repaired by noon! Thanks Brad! Called roof repairs after I noticed a water stain on my ceiling. The current roof is not that old and I couldn't figure out how the water came in. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised that my homestars request was immediately answered by kim who was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Brad was able to come out the same day. He noticed that the downspout was clogged and that I was missing a few shingles. Brad had also provided honest advice about my roof and I never felt that he was try to take advantage like some other roofers. the repairs and was done in about an hour. This company is a fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Last month we experienced damage to our roof by undesirable visitors..........Raccoons!!!
