I have 30 yr old house, the old wooden windows were rotting, and the brick sills below were crumbling. I replaced every window (over 40) and every brick sill (with new concrete sills) and sliding Patio Door. I evaluated available vinyl and fiberglass options, went with patented magic windows with steel reinforced frames and no cranks (have 30 casement windows). They have built-in retractable screens and can have built-in retractable bedroom darkening blinds (https://vimeo.com/50396586). All windows were built and installed on time, with a very polite and efficient crew, and are great looking and easy operating windows. I am truly delighted with these windows and recommend them and the company without any hesitation.
An unusual but great thing about these windows is that they open fully and I reached and cleaned every window, both inside and outside, from inside the house.
