I contacted Art Metal to design and install a custom ironwork awning for my back door leading into the garden. I had seen various ironwork awnings on several trips to Europe and a few in Toronto and described what I was looking for. Art Metal developed a custom and unique design based on my description and a few pictures. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire project right from the very initial meetings to understand my ideas through to design, build and installation. They would allow me to come to the workshop at various stages throughout the build to discuss and view design elements to ensure they were building exactly what I was looking for. The build and installation were delivered on time. I love the finished product and would recommend Art Metal to anyone looking for custom iron work. I will definitely use their services again.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. We were looking for a wrought iron gate that would really add to the character of the house. They came on time, measured and then worked with us to finalize the design. They were upfront with us about this being their busy period, they still delivered exactly on the schedule they provided us. The installation was very professional with great attention to detail. Working with Yevgeniy and Oleg was a pleasure from start to finish. Their quote was a little better than the competition and the project was completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the work and customer service was first class. I would recommend them to anyone.

We looked around for wrough iron railings and a wrough iron gate with wood in it for a while. We recieved other quotes but Art Metal beat those quotes by a long shot. They were also incrediably quick to respond to my request and they came out within days of my inital contact. Many other companies that I contacted waited weeks to get back to me and some never bothered getting back to me at all.
When Yevgeniy came out to look at the job, he was accurate and offered many great suggestions. Althoug the gate we requested was not something typically done by Art Metal, he was up for the task and convinced that he could do it.
Once completed, the final product was exactually what I asked for. The installations was great, three men came by and completed the job without any issues at all. They did a fantastic job, very friendly, very professional and these guys know what they are doing. Overall, we are completely thrilled with our new railings and gate and feel that we got an amazing product for a more than reasonable price. If you are looking for someone to do this type of work, trust me, I've done my research and shopped around, they don't get better then ART METAL!

We were very pleased with the customer service from Art Metal Workshop. Communication via email was quite prompt. Reviewing photos, receiving a quote and placing the order went extremely well.
As all work is custom fabrication, we had to wait for the project to be installed. We were kept informed and the job was completed as promised within the time lines we were quoted. The actual product is a nice surprise as it is so much more stunning than we had envisioned.

Very sturdy as well as attractive.

The railings actually were for my parents. It was a small job but Art Metal Workshop was still willing to help us. The quote was given quickly & the railings were installed in no time. My parents are very pleased with the results. & I feel so much better knowing they will not have any difficulty with the stairs. They look great too !
