Galaxy Windows

This is the second time I have had them install windows and they did a fantastic job. Both installers were very professional and kept the area very neat and tidy. Great job fellas!

The service was great- the windows are spectacular. I would recommend this company to anyone needing windows or doors. Great overall, I am very satisfied with the product. Price was very reasonable.

Our experience with Galaxy Windows was great. Their quote was competitive, the quality of work and product was great. We were extremely impressed with their customer service. They were on time, prompt to return phone calls and very friendly. We would definitely recommend them and use them for any future jobs.

I love my new windows. From the start I felt very good in dealing with Galaxy. During the initial meeting Dmitri took the time to show me plenty of photos of their work and brought in a sample to demonstrate the windows he recommended. I had originally arranged for four quotes and Galaxy was the third. After Dmitri's visit I was sold and promptly cancelled the last estimate appointment. Not only was the presentation impressive but the price was well below the others.
Within a couple of days, Alex, the installer, arrived at my door to take accurate measurements and place the order. Once my new windows were ready, Alex and his helper arrived on time to get to work. I was amazed at how efficient they were and how thoroughly they did their job - from tear-out to build-up. They left out no detail and the end result looked absolutely fantastic. Dmitri also dropped by to check on things mid way to make sure I was happy.

All said and done, I would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality job done at a more than reasonable price. I would have happily paid more.

Totally satisfied with the product and installers. The installers cleaned up all rubble after the first day, even though they were returning to finish the job the next day. One window needed a minor adjuistment and this was done promptly and expertly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Galaxy Windows. We've never had a better experience with any tradespeople or vendors.

I originally had another window's company lined up to replace my windows but when I found it was always difficult to get in touch with the owner I decided to turn to Homestars to look for a new a windows installer. I interviewed with a 2 other companies and found Galaxy window the most informative and knowledgeable. Dmitri listened to my needs and made thoughtful suggestions that turned out great. His crew did a fantastic job doing the installation and did a good clean up job afterwards. Being in the middle of doing other home renovations, I needed to do some co-coordinating between my contractor and Dmitri. Dmitri was great with being flexible with dates and being understanding of some last minute adjustments that I had to make. I would totally recommend Galaxy to any friends that need to get their windows replaced

Dmitri came quickly and with a good price. His crew was professional and courteous. They did a fabulous job with little inconvenience. Dmitri went the extra mile to service me outside his area, secured a great price, conducted site visits and followed up. He even located beautiful lock sets that I could only previously, locate in the US. This Interior Decorator would be happy to refer them to anyone!!!

Great job right from the initial consult and estimate done by Dimitri, to the completed installation and clean up by Alex and crew.

This was the only one of the the three companies that we had do an estimate for us, that showed us the option of different qualities of windows to choose from.

The end result is beautiful and we highly recommend Galaxy Windows.

I highly recommend Galaxy to anyone who is looking for quality products, knowledgeable, courteous & professional staff and all that for an affordable price. We were looking to change 16 windows, the patio door and a side door ... big job and big risk, but am extremely happy we picked the right company for it.

From the moment we met with Dmitri, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to explain, answer questions, brought a sample of the window to show us the components and explain them in details. He gave us a very competitive price as well.

Throughout the whole journey from the first meeting to the final inspection of the installation, Dmitri and Alex (the installer) showed nothing but professionalism and excellent customer service, not only to get our business but even more after the installation was completed, unlike other companies that once they have your business, they don't care anymore.
