Galaxy Windows

We hired Galaxy based on a neighbour's recommendation. They were fast, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the area that they were working in afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in an old house and needs windows that have to be retrofitted!

Galaxy Windows replaced all of our windows (14 very old single pane windows) and a door for us. Dimitry came over within a day or two of calling him and did a walk through of our home and explained all of our options. He was very thorough and explained the pros and cons of each window type in each location and helped us to make good informed decisions. He also took the time to explain modern window technology to us, and brought a sample window as well. What most impressed us about Galaxy was the excellent quality of the windows they use - they are beautiful looking, energy efficient and very solidly built. We found that their pricing was very reasonable as well - especially when you consider the quality of the windows. The installers were highly skilled, very hard working and friendly. Their attention to detail was very apparent and they took great care to ensure a clean finish around each window both inside and out. They arrived on time, and worked just about non-stop all day. The finished product is everything we had hoped - energy efficient, solid hardware and locks, very quiet and great looking. Overall we were very happy with the experience from beginning to end and couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

We got Galaxy to replace ot 26 original windows. Dimitri and Alex knew their stuff and we felt confident to trust him with the project. A few weeks later all the windows were installed by Alex and his crew who were very good at what they do and addressed every concern we had during the installation. It all turned out just great and nonsense offered by their competitors. A thorough clean up was done before leaving inside and outside. We are very happy with the job well done. Highly recommended!
