I recently had the pleasure of working with Galaxy Windows, and I am pleased to share my experience. I doscovered them through Homestar and the reviews they received and moved forward based on those reviews.

Dmitri and Alex did an outstanding job replacing 15 windows and 4 doors, including a patio door, in just two days at my home (one day for the windows and another day for the doors). Their commitment to excellence and exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations.

Communication is key in any project, and Galaxy Windows nailed it. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, Dmitri and Alex kept me informed every step of the way. They were responsive to my questions, addressed any concerns promptly, and ensured that I was comfortable with the entire process.

2 Doors and 6 upper windows brick-to-brick. 4 basements windows retrofitted. From Dmitri's quotes to Alex and helpers install, it was a great experience. really happy about the extra done on the front windows covering some wood that I would have had to scrape and repaint etc. Very happy with the work.
Have had neighbours and workers at the plaza across the street tell us how good it looks.

Alex and team were amazing, did everything and more. I would have him and his crew mate back to do more windows and doors. We had 3 doors (two french) one standard and 11 windows mostly casement with 2 awnings. We went black in and out and it looks amazing.

The team at galaxy windows did an outstanding job. From quote to delivery everything worked out perfectly as expected. The installation was seamless and they were quick and efficient in installation and clean up. The windows are beautiful and we love how they look.

Galaxy windows did an exceptional job replacing all 16 windows and 3 doors in our house (front door, side door and storm door/ enclosure). Dimitri and both Alex were great to work with. We brought in several companies to bid on the job as it was very large; Dimitri was straightforward and honest in what would work and what would not and the pricing was competitive. The windows were manufactured within the specified timeframe (actually earlier than forecasted). We had Alex from the install team who was very polite and respectful during the install. There were a few minor issues that came up with one window being manufactured slightly different to the measurements, one broken screen and a scratched handle. It was great to see how prompt the Galaxy team was to rectify each issue to ensure we were completely satisfied. The replacement window was ready within a week and the other minor issues with the screen and handle were fixed prior to the job being completed. I would highly recommend - there is a reason why Galaxy's reviews are so high.
