Galaxy Windows

Galaxy has done a number of windows in the last couple of years and I never felt the need to give them a review. My thoughts on reviews are that when you hire professionals they should do a professional job. There are a ton of reviews here already so what was the point. To me what is important is if there are any issues, they should be handled professionally, and timely. Customer service is above all else in importance to me. The last install Galaxy did for us was a sliding door. Needless to say, the job was perfect in every way. From sales to install, it was a pleasure to work with them. After about 5 months I decided I was going to install the alarm magnet back on the door. I drilled the hole. and yes, i went right through and into the glass damaging the door. I called Alex and within 3 weeks I got the glass replaced. In today's world where everything is backordered and ridiculously expensive (if the company even responds) Galaxy shined through. Alex is such a pleasure to deal with and the installer and I had a good laugh over my mistake. I was happy to learn I wasn't the first who damaged their door doing the same thing. Lesson learned but a huge thank you to Galaxy for a job well done and the amazing customer service.
