We had an issue with a dead foul smell lingering in our ducts that became very untolerable lately and needed this issue addressed very quickly. I spoke to Lina and I surprisingly got a service call the very next day, I was as well very happy with the communication levels with her. The technicains Paul and Alex noticed the odour right away walking through the door and were concerned , went right to work. They worked aggressively to remove any type dead matter in the ducts, santiziting with strong Enzymes and cleaning all my hvac unit to make sure that it will resolve the issue. After they finished they ran the furnace and it was very apparent (and to my relief) that the smell was not noticable any more, I am very relieved and impressed .
