New computer and printer setup
I was recommended to go to Joseph by my niece and truly believe I made a right decision.
I had a very outdated computer and needed a new PC. Joseph helped me get a right one for my need along with a new printer and helped me set up the new computer, transfer all my data from the old computer and have it ready for me to use.
As a senior with not much tech knowledge, it can be a pain to learn to use a new computer, but Joseph made sure I have all the required information so that I can handle it on my own.
