I could not have asked for a better roofer than Frank. He was absolute professional to deal with, had knowledge of what he was doing & even took the time to help me understand the damage. The roof of my house was in need of repairs as raccoon's had started to tear off the shingles and I was looking for some expert guidance. Frank was quick to respond to my concerns, inspected the roof thoroughly for issues and took the time to explain the damage and the repairs needed. A detailed quote was provided swiftly and I hired his services. I am impressed and satisfied with the all the work that was done and I am thankful to Frank. I have found a roofer for as long as I will own a house. This is the company I will trust and highly recommend them.

I had met Frank when he and his brother were fixing a leak on my neighbor’s skylight and remember how approachable his was when I spoke with him after the repairs. So, when the eave trough on my home came loose and pull away from the eave, resulting in rain water spilling down at my door, I remembered Frank and called him. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. We briefly discussed the problem and the course of action before the repairs were carryout. The job was completed in a few hours and to my satisfaction. Frank provided a two year warranty on the repair. If you need any emergency roof or eave trough repairs, I would recommend Frank. His response time was excellent, he provides warranty on his work and I found him to be a true professional, not just a guy with a ladder and a truck.

I had siding coming away from a 4th story roof dormer that was flapping in the wind. I contact Frank at Right Choice Roofing and he show up as scheduled and explained possible fixes with pictures taken from a drone. He followed up with an electronic estimate of the work.

I contacted a few other companies who provided a similar quote but without any guarantee or assurances their repairs would last long beyond the season.

I ending up going with Right Choice Roofing and they showed up with a team on time and completed the job within the hours estimated.

I was impressed with Frank and his team and how they focused on both function and aesthetics of the repair.

The first time I had him come out in cold rainy weather, when I had water leaking into my kitchen. I called him on recommendation from the previous home owners, and he was very prompt in getting back to me. He had a great memory for the house and current state of the roof (which he hadn't done the original work on). He was happy for me to come up onto the roof with him, and thoroughly walked me through what was going on up there. He found the source of the leak confidently and efficiently, and was very honest about all the options, ranging from a short-term to semi-permanent solution, and the pros and cons of each. I felt he genuinely wanted to do the job right, and in as affordable way as possible for me. Since he fixed that area, I've had no further issues with water leakage in that spot.
He was very upfront though that I had other potential problem areas on my roof, however, and sure enough a couple months later a leak in another area developed. This time the weather was a bit better so we went ahead with some additional proactive repairs as well as the source of the current problem. Again he talked me through options, and I felt he was upfront, honest and had good integrity.
I hope to not need Frank again in the near future, but I certainly would call him again if I do!

I had a sudden leak in my kitchen and as per my insurance company was told to find a roofer to come out and do emergency tarping. I called 6 or more roofers all with voicemail promises to contact me within 24-48hrs, and only 2 got back to me. Frank was the only one who picked up right away and promised to be at my house first thing the next day, and he was there exactly as promised. Despite being the owner, he is hands on for sure and he grabbed a ladder and climbed on up to access the situation. He took his time explaining the problem and solution, he was very clear and honest that it would be a short term solution and a complete reroofing would be ideal, but was also honest to say that it could and should wait until better weather to be completed. He even took pictures of up there to explain better. He proceeded to do an emergency tarping which is very high quality and durable as he used multiple layers to hold it down with the intention of it holding until good weather so we can bypass (if possible) the temp fix and keep us until we can do a full reroof when the weather clears up. He even helped me by giving me an interior ceiling water damage quote after I had trouble finding any interior people to give me quotes. He and his crew are very personable, understanding people who are very professional and do great work for very decent prices! When the weather gets better you can bet they are the people we will be going to for the reroofing! Thanks Frank!

Frank and the team at Right Choice Roofing were great to deal with, i highly recommend them. We have a 90 year old house with roof issues. I got quotes from 3 vendors. The other two were quoting major overhauls, but Frank patiently walked me through a range of options to deal with the issues.

Frank and his crew showed up on time, did the work in the timeframe quoted, and did such a good job of matching their repair work to the existing roof that the roof looked great and not 'repaired'. The icing on the cake was after the job was finished frank provided photos showing everything they had done step by step. So i was able to see all of the repair work in detail without having to climb on the roof.

Needed special custom made eaves troughs since our house is 6 inches from adjoining building, no space for reg. trough. Frank Gilles had the appropriate flashing with integral trough custom made and installed it in most satisfactory manner, made me go out with him to inspect. Work was done on time, as promised and entirely on budget. The invoice provided gave a detailed account of the work done and provided details about warranty of workmanship. He is very personable and I recommend him and his company without reservations.

RightChoice Roofing and its' owner Frank are professional not only regarding the level of excellent roofing work, but also in the cleanup, being reliable and on time. Working from early morning to sundown to complete our roof replacement and to install a new roof required for an addition to our property.
