A small area of about 10 sq. ft. of asbestos floor tile needed to be removed from the basement floor. The job needed to be done quickly since a new washer and dryer set were coming in a few days, and new laundry-room floor tile had to be installed before they came.

Robert was very accommodating in sending someone over the next day to assess the job. A couple of days later, the asbestos tile was removed and I was able to lay new floor tile in the area where the new washer and dryer were going.

David and Kevin were on time when they came to do the work. Both were very pleasant and professional in their demeanour. I was more than satisfied with job done by Templar.

Templar was awesome. Robert was very responsive and easy to work with. He came over to inspect the situation, explained the solution in detail, provided a quote, and the work was completed two days later. David, who did the work, was very polite and genuinely cared about his job. He removed about 8 square feet of asbestos heat shield from an awkward spot above some pipes. Everything was done in under three hours including an extended ventilation and thorough cleanup. Great company, highly recommended.

We hired Templar last month to remove approx. 350sq.ft of sub flooring in our basement. Dave came out early on a Saturday morning to estimate the job and answer ALL my questions. Within a day and a half the moldy plywood sub floor and some vinyl (possible asbestos) tiles were disposed of. The team of 3, under Dave's guidance were extremely professional, sealing off doorways and safely/cleanly removed the wood and tiles. No damage was done to walls, ceilings or the ceiling. Several days later we received a certificate indicating our basement was asbestos free.
