When there is demolition, there are always surprises and my surprise was a leaky pipe. The crew did what they could to mitigate the problem, which was to turn off the water. All good. What was a bit of a problem was the fact that I, as the homeowner, was not notified directly of the fact that the water was off. Another family member who didn't really have the scope to understand the implications of it all. When I got home late from work, I was surprised by this news. I called Dave and he immediately responded and explained the situation, apologizing for not having told me directly. All other interactions were very good.
