We would like you to know how pleased we are with our new windows and how impressed we were with the three installers Mike, Joel and Jeremy. They seemed to work so competently and agreeably together; there didn’t appear to be a wasted moment with any one of them. The job was completed in four and a half hours to our amazement, delight and satisfaction.

We also appreciated and found very reassuring that we were informed from our first introduction to Paul, when to expect an estimate, and from there to Paul presenting the written estimate along with credentials from the BBB and insurance protection as well as calls of when and the time the installers would arrive. Everyone lived up to their word without exception!

called the office and spoke to a very nice woman, She had Bill Davidson return my call. what a nice group to deal with. He showed up when promised. explained both types of windows very well and not pushy at all. would call them again if we move and will recommend them to others . Installers, very friendly and socialable, 13 windows done, no mess left behind, very pleased with how they look

we have been working with Quality for several months now as we do our renos on our home. we started with changing our single door into French doors and then Vynltec windows. our front door entrance was just rencently completed and it has totally given an very open feeling to the entrance way. we look forward to using Quality for our future renos that are to be done in the future

We were very pleased with Tom’s knowledge towards which were the best windows for our investment. He was very polite and easy to talk to. Upon agreement, the office staff called us to confirm our install dates. The crew was very polite and approachable on any questions, and provided 1st class service towards the removal of the old windows and the placement of the new. They were very tidy, and completed our job in just under 2 days. We are very pleased with the installation, the look and the great service from QHI’s staff. We will be contacting them again for some siding work in the next few months. Very pleased..

We recently had all of our windows, attic insulation upgraded, as well as a fan put in our bathroom all done by Quality Home Improvements. We are absolutely thrilled with their work! COMPLETE PROFESSIONALS & EXCEPTIONAL WORK! Right from the start, corresponding back and forth with the office, having them answer every little detail we could think of to the complete install! Quality Home Improvements is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone looking to have any upgrades done to their house. The Vinyltek windows have completely changed the look and feel of our house. (We already adjusted our thermometer by 3 degrees). We posted before and after photos on social media and the response was amazing. Everyone couldn't believe how great they looked! The fan is amazing (motion & moisture censored) and I know the insulation is doing its job! The service was outstanding, the work looks amazing and best of all, they were quick and came in and left as if nothing had ever happened. (Except a whole new look) all in a day and half! There was NO disruption to our families daily routine. I highly recommend Quality Home Improvements

Over the past 13 years, we have used Quality Home Improvements three times. Each time, they took the time to talk to us over the phone and came to our place to see what work needed to be done. This service was free of charge. They also e-mailed the quotes. Their products are excellent. We have passed their name onto other people who have also been pleased.
