Sureflow Plumbing & Drain

My initial concern was that the kitchen sink was clogged when I took a shower. John came out but was not able to clear it using a snake. Luckily his apprentice needed to use the upstairs bathroom and it turned out that the toilet was the problem. They sent Zach out the next day to power flush the drain. They were very accommodating to find a time that worked for me. Both workers were great, cleaned up and were great at communicating. My problem was sorted within 2 days of my initial contact.

I called Sureflow to come fix a leaky faucet and a running toilet. John showed up right on time, and was very professional throughout. He did great work, and even went above and beyond to fix something else that came to his attention, at no extra cost. I would have no hesitation recommending Sureflow for all your plumbing needs.

John was professional and courteous. Took the time to explain the possible causes of issue, offer options and suggestions and gave for us to make a decision.

John and team were outstanding, and provided honest professional results... From arranging an appointment, the team was highly accommodating. They came to see the damage (on a Sunday, just before the holidays) was thorough with there assessment, and completed the job, while also cleaning up behind themselves. Super professional, caring, and you can tell they take pride in there work. I never provide feedback, but in this case I felt it wouldn’t be fair if I did not comment and recommend their services!

My experience with John at Sureflow Plumbing & Drain was amazing from start to finish. I am a new homeowner and when I had a concern about the faucet in my garage, John answered my many questions over the phone with nothing but patience! When he came to the house, he was earlier than expected, and he was extremely helpful and transparent about what needed to be done every step of the way! I feel so much better now that John fixed the issue in my garage and will definitely use Sureflow Plumbing & Drain again and again for all of my plumbing needs! John was recommended to me by a close friend. I had to share this with everyone because I’m very pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. If your doing any type of renovation big or small you should talk to John, he will be honest and fair with you, he’s my go to from now on when I’m doing any type of renovation in my home.
