My initial concern was that the kitchen sink was clogged when I took a shower. John came out but was not able to clear it using a snake. Luckily his apprentice needed to use the upstairs bathroom and it turned out that the toilet was the problem. They sent Zach out the next day to power flush the drain. They were very accommodating to find a time that worked for me. Both workers were great, cleaned up and were great at communicating. My problem was sorted within 2 days of my initial contact.
