Used Landmark 10 years ago on our previous house without issue, this time the complete opposite. Two people were by to confirm window measurements. During manufacturing it was discovered double hung wouldn't fit so it was decided to downgrade the windows to sliders without our consent. Exterior light smashed during removal, window security locks not installed and fingerprints on the insides of the panes. Even though we stressed Covid precautions there was seemingly no steps or procedures in place. Lastly, my credit card was not accepted because apparently I was given a discount for paying by cheque which was never discussed or on the contract anywhere.

I did confirm that the exterior light that was broken due to a ladder accident was paid for by us as it was a sincere accident by the installer. The finger print was unfortunately a rare incident, it happened when it was being manufactured and we didn't notice it when it was shipped at the so we do take full responsibility, we have since been out and have replaced the door for you. As for the COVID precautions, we take the safety and health of our employees and customers very seriously. We provide the required face protection in addition to sanitation and making sure we assemble and package all orders with gloves. I will be passing this information on to our install manager to discuss with the crews as we dont take these situations lightly.
