I have called at least 6X,,sent in service request 3X and I can never arrange to have my window that will not stay open on it's own repaired. I have sent pictures and copy of life time warranty. Wyatt has been so kind but of course the person (Jennifer??) is not at her desk but of course she will call me back???? This has never happened yet. I will pay for the repair if not covered but very unhappy I can not have contact for a repair. I asked for a quote and the salesman called me back within hours but of course he could not help me either. No other window companies will repair a window that they did not install.
