Rick was very good to deal with and continued prompt service through all our order changes and preferences. The door and window installations were done quickly and professionally. So far we have had no complaints about any of the work done. Fair priced, I would recommend them to friends.

I got an estimate which was ballpark with other companies. He explained everything about the windows and how the installation was going to be. The crew that came out to install were excellent and efficient, they also answer any questions I had about the installation. I would certainly recommend them and will have them do the other windows when money permits.

Old West Windows & Doors in comparison to others companies were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Upon the arrival of Corey, it was immediately evident that he has an immense amount of experience and a keen eye for what would work best for us in our home. He provided options and numerous examples of what would work for us. His professionalism, knowledge and timely feedback were beyond compare to other companies we had quote for the same job. When it came time to the installation of our doors and window, the two men were particularly careful in ensuring that our home stayed clean, by laying down numerous blankets and vacuuming each area they worked in. Once everything was competed the one gentlemen showed us the exact way to paint, clean and open the window and doors. We have more windows to be replaced in the future; there is no doubt we will be going with Old West Windows and Doors again!

It's been 3 years from start to finish working with Old West Windows and Doors to have all windows replaced . They are professional, on time and did first rate work through all aspects. We had our master bedroom window replaced. This window had an arch at the top which we asked to be removed so Old West Windows was also responsible for filling in the hole left by the window (insulation and drywall) and also for installing the siding the removal the arch window left. OWW provided good insight when the siding we originally chose did not end up matching at all. Thanks for this good advice!

The work was done quickly and efficiently while still paying attention to the little details. The crew who performed the work were very good at their jobs while remaining very professional and courteous. Unfortunately I am not able to remember any of the names of the crew as I am terrible with names. I am sorry about that because they were excellent. I would highly recommend Old West Windows and Door to all my friends and family. Thank you for making this part of the reno a very unstressful time.
