Rick and his team are excellent! We needed new windows for our whole house. Rick came to our home to measure and consult to us on the product. He was very knowledgeable. When the window manufacturer wanted to deliver the windows directly to our home, Rick called them and had the windows sent to his warehouse for storage instead. And when the windows were the wrong colour, his team noticed this and took care of sending the windows back.

Rick's installation team was also excellent. They were polite, engaging and professional. Rick's team installed the new windows quickly, and they were very careful about not making a big mess and about cleaning up after themselves.

Best of all, when you call or email Rick, he responds right away! Thanks Rick for doing such a great job!

Rick promptly submitted a very detailed drawing and estimate to replace our sliding patio doors with a garden door. Not only did he issue the estimate, he followed up, which is more than I can say for the other companies that provided estimates. Old West wasn't the lowest bid, but I was more concerned with his regard for my project and the attention it deserved, despite being a small project.

The project was installed in the winter, after a week of very cold weather. Because of the cold weather, the project had to be moved back, which through a wrench into Old West's scheduling. Regardless, Old West fit it into the schedule, arrived at the scheduled time in the morning, and were gone by lunch.

The attention to detail was amazing, even with the molding around the door. The trim was cut perfectly and any small gaps were filled neatly with silicone.

All-in-all, a very professional install.

It was very important that the replacment windows Accommodating our existing oak plantation shutters was a huge consideration in choosing windows and installing them. Rick was excellent in directing us to the types of windows which we would need as well as ensuring that the final product also preserved our stucco. The window gang installed everything perfectly. Their installation also included having staining/painting occuring as soon as the windows were installed which made life so much easier for us. A terrific job. When we do the basement windows and doors, I'll be calling them!

They were great. Excellent knowledgable and friendly staff Rick did the estimate and explained the process. Kyle and Cory did a great job doing the work. There was an unforeseen problem once they cut the wall out but they worked it through and were still able to finish in one day. Also they charged the quoted price even though they had to do extra work. They were also very tidy and our house wasn't dusty from the work. Plus the new door looks fabulous!

Rick provided great service from tip to tail. Right from the estimate, he was honest and forthright about the installation and product. The follow up was greatly appreciated. There was a minor mishap with the installation of the trims around the door but Cory and Kyle were able to come back at a time that suited my schedule and fixed it without concern. These guys are great contractors to hire and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good workmanship and honesty. I will consider using them again in the future for other projects.

Rick & Cory replaced / upgraded 5 windows in our Pineridge home. I'm really happy with the work - they were on time, very clean, and extremely professional. They gave me a cost-effective solution instead of trying to upsell me to something more expensive. They also matched trim in the house. Overall I am really satisfied with Old West, I will definitely be using them again to get the rest of the windows replaced in the future!

After receiving several quotes. Old west renovations provided the most straight forward quote, which also was the least expensive for what we wanted.. The installation was done within two months of confirming the order. The crew was one of the most personable, courteous and judging by the work as competent as one should expect .

Just a quick note to THANK-YOU..for the wonderful work on our house. I wanted to let you know how we found you. I had contacted a couple of other companies to come out and give us a quote. They either told me directly that the job that we needed done was too small, or they just never phoned back! Terrible! UNTIL, we were fortunate to discover Old West Renovations on the internet. Rick came out, and gave us a quote and some honest answers and solutions to what we thought was a leaking window. We followed his advice with great success. NO more leaking window. However, our issue was that we needed a window added to our previously finished basement bedroom. We also needed privacy glass added around our front door.
All of the work was completed in a very short amount of time. Everyone was extremely professional, efficient, tidy, and pleasant.

We had Old West replace 5 windows in our home and could not be more pleased with them. Rick was straight forward and very punctual with giving his quote and providing a timeline for the install. When Cory and Kyle came to install the windows, they arrived exactly when they said and were done early.
