Great work as before, the new windows look great!!!! We have had all of our windows and doors installed by Old West. Really keeps the house cool now even on 30 C days. Highly recommended.....

Our neighbour used Old West Windows & Doors and recommended them. We had a new front door installed with a transom and 3/4 glass in the door and it looks fabulous. We also had two new casement windows to replace old windows that didn't open. We were very happy to hear they use Durabuilt windows. The crew arrived when they were supposed to and did a great job on the front door and the windows. We also want to give recognition to Rick the estimator and Shauna at the office helping us sort through all the choices, set up the schedule and help organize the crew doing the work. We would recommend them, no question.

Everyone I interacted with at this company was polite, honest and pleasure to deal with; which included the owner, the booking staff and the crew that came to my house.

The owner of the company came over to give me a quote. At first I wanted to replace my patio door, which was installed in 2000. He convinced me I just needed to have it re-installed and didn't need to replace it. That saved me a significant amount of money up front. Speaking from experience in dealing with many different trades/contractors over the last fifteen years in Calgary, I don't think many contractors would be that honest.

A crew of four showed up at my house to replace a window and re-install my door. The crew was very professional, friendly and just good guys. They did a fantastic job. The door has never worked better and the window install was perfect. Cleaned everything up well, even cleaned the glass when they finished up.

I have already given them a few recommendations and would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them for any future work.

Rick and the gang where number one from the start. Rick did everything he could to make it right price for you. When the men came to do the job there was no stalling, setup there tools and right to work. They made sure everything was it should be. When they where finished, the cleanup was great. Floor,windows and outside area where perfect.

We had this company put in 2 doors in our house earlier this year, and we were so pleased, that we got them to put in our basement window. They were very efficient and thorough and did an amazing job again! Highly recommended.

We were recommended Old West and we are so pleased we used them. Everybody we spoke to was friendly, professional and accommodating. The work was done right on schedule and the installers showed up right on time and ensured our house was left in much cleaner condition than we were expecting! The windows are Jeld-Wen and are stunning. We would (and have) absolutely recommend them to anybody looking to have new windows installed.

Old West Windows and Door ltd replaced all the windows in the back of our house. The work was excellent and Jeremy, Kyle and Byron were fabulous. We were very happy with their professionalism and attention to the smallest detail. They worked and left the house clean inside and out.
