They have one of the best websites which provides you what to expect when they come to clean the ducts. I had a question and Paul answered my question immediately. Mark and James arrived on time and did an amazing job. They worked in our home as if it was theirs. They even said if we wanted to tag along to see what was being done and said at anytime we had a question just to ask. They even told us about our humidifier filter they noticed which needed replacing. We could see the difference once they finished the job. The air was very clean and easier to breathe. The Duct Cleaning Specialists is an excellent company to work with and it was joy having you in our home. Very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. We are so happy with the fabulous service.
