Had ducts and 4 bathroom exhaust fans cleaned. Two-man crew here for a solid 2 hours - very pleasant, obviously experienced and knowledgeable about the work, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and even helped to move heavy furniture back into place before leaving.
Appreciated their savvy use of technology - we booked the appointment and paid the deposit online (after reading their reviews on HomeStars), received confirmation and were emailed a reminder a few days ahead, instructing us what to do before their arrival. There are no hidden charges - they are very open about the cost - everything is laid out on their website.
Highly recommend this company - very professional and, as others have commented, appear to care about doing a good rather than a fast job (not our experience with duct cleaning companies we've used in past years).
In short, they deserve the excellent rating and comments they get on this site.
