I chose The Duct Cleaning Specialists because they were highly recommended on the HomeStars website, and now I know why! They were efficient and professional every step of the way.
I really appreciated:
-An invoice being sent as soon as I booked the service
-A reminder a few days before the appointment
-The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable: they explained what they were going to do and how long it would take, and went through the invoice to make sure I knew exactly what the cost would be
The service ended up being a little less than quoted, because one of the ceiling fans I wanted cleaned was caulked to the ceiling (blame the previous owners for that!). They still vacuumed the outside of it, though, and didn't charge me for that, which I thought was very nice of them.
They arrived when they said they would, took exactly as long as they estimated, and charged what we'd agreed on. And they left my place very clean. No hard sales/up-selling, either.
Would definitely go with them again.
