I called Tony at Inch by Inch Inspections on two occasions to have follow up inspections done on my new home and review items I had concerns with under my warranty. Tony was punctual and very professional from the moment we met. His inspections were thorough and he documented everything he was finding as he went along so as not to forget or miss anything. Any questions I had were answered clearly and in terms I as a homeowner could understand and convey in my own words to the builder. His report was very professionally done and again thorough in outlining issues that were found. I really appreciated his advice and recommendations to keep my house in top form and how to avoid issues such as mold etc. going forward. GREAT service. Called Tony last minute and he was able to fit me in for a home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all our newbie questions before and during the inspection and provided information/answers to questions we didn't even think to ask or know that we had to ask (AND told us what questions to ask the realtors/home owners!!!). Inch by Inch isn't just a company name, it seems to be their motto. Tony inspected a new home I purchased and did all the right things. He arrived on time, climbed up onto the roof, took multiple moisture measurements throughout the house, photographed everything and produced a 46 page inspection report onsite. He is very knowledgeable and backs all of his findings with a thorough explanation. Equally importantly, he was professional, likeable and very easy to contact. I will definitely consider using him again.

After renting out my home to tenants for a year, I returned to a disaster that required extensive repairs and cleaning. Even after the cleaning, I felt that my family's health might be compromised by moving back in without having my ductwork cleaned. I called Tony of Inch by Inch and found him very friendly on the phone. His price was reasonable and he was able to meet me on my schedule. He explained to me what he could and could not do while on site and recommended what should be done and what could be done if I wished. His report arrived promptly and when I had questions he was quick to answer them. His software generated a confusing error in punctuation, but when I pointed it out, he corrected it right away. Overall, quite satisfied.
