Very impressed by the professionalism and response time with Inch by Inch. This is my second time having them inspect. Tony was very responsive and managed to come by on holiday and do a few tests to put our minds at ease.
He showed up with his specialized equipment ready to go.

Tony was very thorough, checking up to make sure we were satisfied during and after the work. I really appreciate the excellent work that they have done. I would definitely recommend that you contact them for issues relating to water damage and mould in your house.

I noticed some unusual water marks in my ceiling in the living room. I contacted Tony to see if he would be able to help figure out the root of the issue. Was super easy to schedule a appointment with him.
He did a thermal around the area of concern and did a thermal around the entire main floor and second floor to eliminate any other potential concerns.
He pinpointed the issue and recommended how to have it rectified and fixed.
He told me about a few other things that he noticed that I should do while he was doing the thermal without even expecting it. I didn't even ask for it but he was extremely courteous, friendly, professional and had a solution to everything.
