Ecoline Windows

Checked multiple window companies around the city. Price was very affordable compared to the others and the build quality is very good. Windows were installed without any issues. Would recommend.

We had windows installed on Friday. Mike and Derek were very caring and professional individuals. They did and excellent job and were very plesant to dealwith. Kudos to Mike and Derek!

From start to finish our window install was great.
Working with Ecoline Windows was fast, easy and professional.
This is our second set of windows and we will be using Ecoline Windows again next spring when we do another batch.

I had Ecoline replace most of the windows in my house a few years ago and I have been happy with their product. As a result I contacted them to get a quote to replace my big LIving / Dining Room windows. The quote was competitive and I got a discount as a returning customer. The installation was completed this week. The gentlemen who did the installation were respectful of COVID 19 guidelines (masks etc) and did a great job with the install, including completing a thorough clean up. The windows look great.

Replaces an old window with a rotting frame in old bungalow. New window is really good quality. Installation was quick , courteous and clean. Very pleased with the fit and finish of the final product. Great customer service and communication during the estimate, fabrication and install.

I will update my review from 0 to 2 as after making many phone calls the holes in the walls were repaired better than expected. The stucco job leaves much to be desired. There are still minor issues and annoyances. I guess if you are not a perfectionist like me and are okay with a slapped together job, go with this company just to get the job done, but if you care about a more professional looking end product and don't like stains left all over your window frames, slanted patio doors or two toned stucco or sticky doors, you might be ok with this company.
This has been a terrible renovation nightmare. I purchased windows in April and I am still trying to get them properly installed and it's September. Appointments have been missed. The phone people are apathetic. I have holes in my walls, my screen door is 2 inches too short, the stucco color outside is two toned in color. The appointments are weeks apart. When the crews come they claim to not know what they are here to fix and when I try to explain I am told they don't speak English. My furniture had been pulled in the middle of my house for a month and I have gone without drapes waiting for this to be finished. I have no one to contact to get the job done right. One window only opens a few inches and I was told to just live with it. I have mud slapped on various places and just left there. I sincerely hope that the company will fix things I am tired of asking for it to be done correctly.

UPDATE: I'm updating my review as of Oct 5, 2020.

Ecoline came back and fixed our door. It's no longer crooked and works perfect. I'm happy with the final product now.

I'm waiting to hear back to see how Ecoline will fix the job that they did on our sliding door. It's unlevel, there are dents and scratches all over the new frame.

We also waited longer than they first quoted to even get the door.

The team came later in the day (arrived at 3), and I had no idea it would take so long for the job. They didn't leave until close to 9PM. I wish they informed us beforehand that the job would take a while as I would have booked a morning appointment instead. By the time they left, it was completely dark so I couldn't see their work when they finished. It wasn't until the next day that we could really see the craftsmanship.

After install the team of installers said it's not a great job because we have a window above our sliding door. However, during the sales process they never indicated that we would have a majorly unlevel door. They gave us the option to replace the window or not. We chose not to replace the window as it wasn't broken.

I'm not impressed with the overall job as you can see from the pictures, it looks terrible, and our sliding screen door keeps falling off because it's so unlevel.

I'm waiting to hear from Ecoline to get back to me to see how they are going to fix our door. I will update to see how they fix it.

As of now, I would not recommend them.

We had excellent service, from sales rep, customer service, measurer to installers.
Single slider and double slider windows are great, the installation was done quickly and professionaly. I recommend this company.

Very Poor Customer service, They Damaged a outside wall Light fixture they put it in the garbage tried to cover it up, did not apologize or take ownership of it, very poor & long Install, took 8hrs to do 4 windows, many cracks & gaps in the stucco ! Installers very little english so hard to communicate or discuss concerns. they may be reasonable in there estimates but not worth the headache they create !

In mid-2018 I requested a quote from EcoLine as I had seen one of their "we worked on this house" signs down the street from me. Their project manager, Oleg called, booked a time with me to come and give a quotation. He arrived on time, as promised and was VERY prepared to give a full presentation, complete with a sample window and every brochure available. When I booked the job which included all upstairs and downstairs windows, as well as front and back doors the job was well organized, everything exactly as ordered and in 48 hours done. Although there was a bit of language barrier with the installers, they were polite, professional and intent on their work. There were a couple of missed seals on the doors, and as soon as I contacted Oleg with these deficiencies the EcoLine team booked a time to come out and correct the seals (at no cost) and were even kind enough to have their team fix the weather strip that my rotten cat had destroyed on my new back door (this one cost me...). All in all - a most pleasant experience and a happy homeowner
