Done Right Roofing came out and gave me a free quote and were able to book my roof replacement for a week later. They were able to finish the job in one day and they cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell they had removed the shakes because there was no mess! I would recommend them to anyone for delivering exactly what they said they would without trying to sell extra things to me. I had found other companies that quoted less but none could meet my timeline. I love my new roof.

Right from when I placed the call to set up appointment the service was excellent. The quote, when work would be complete, the clean up, the time frame and the price was excellent. We had DRR replace our cedar roof with asphalt shingles. The estimate was completed in a timely manner and Darcy was able to answer all the questions we had re: the estimate. The job itself was done quickly, less than a day. The crew did come on the wrong day initially but they were able to come back on the correct day after I spoke with Stephanie. All in all, we are satisfied with their service.

The project contract was signed in early October, 2013 with a scheduled date in early November. A follow up phone call allowed for the project to be done in late October. The dates given for material drop off and crew arrival were met and the crew was courteous and considerate, going so far as to knock each time before using the bathroom that I had made available for them. The bin was removed the next day and payment options included over the phone or in person with a friendly office staff. I am a completely satisfied client.

I would strongly recommend Done Right Roofing. DDR clearly explained roofing quality tips. DDR including their team were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They thought for me and tried to satisfy my requirements as much as they could. DDR was the most patient roofing company that I talked to. They answered all my questions and tried best to solve the problems caused by my previous roofer. And DDR perfectly scheduled the re shingling date so that I was able to enjoy my vacation trip without worrying anything about the roof.

When a delivery for our roofing job accidentally dinged the garage, she dealt with the arrangements for fixing it, which we find very honorable, and made sure that the repair was done to an exceptionally high standard also. Consequently, we could not be happier with our overall experience, and we have the highest regard for Done Right Roofing as a trustworthy company, which we recommend to others and would do business with again.

After trying some other contractors for estimates done right was a breath of fresh air. The estimator did a quality survey, discussed my concerns and helped me select options and colours. Then the ordering and installation people were all very helpful and friendly planning around my schedule, cleanup was also excellent. I'm very happy with my new roof and recommend done right roofing.
