Awesome, no other words to describe call response time and service. Theresa took my call and within a couple of hours Larry had his shop vac at work empting the dishwasher and clogged pipes. He also took the time to educate me on maintaining the unit including preferred product use. As an added bonus, he looked at my washer and dryer, offered his maintenance and product suggestions which I’m sure will extend the life use of my appliances . We'd like to thank Larry and Theresa for outstanding service in repairing a major leak in our dishwasher. We were impressed with the speedy and professional and punctual response. The problem was fixed completely for a very fair price. Shortly afterwards another unrelated fault developed - although more than willing to make another call Larry recognized the problem and suggested some simple steps we could take to fix it ourselves.
Problem solved - Larry's advice saved us the cost of a service call and made us loyal satified customers this is the only appliance repair call we'll make in future.
