Protech Gas Fitting & Plumbing

Had our annual furnace serviced last October 2017. By a different company.
The furnace gradually began to cycle on and off. We tried contacting this company with no response from them.
Protect has done two Gasfitting projects for us in the past, very professional and good workmanship. Called them into to look at the furnace. Quickly found the issue and corrected it.
The issues discovered should have been seen by the other company.
We have a number of properties with gas appliances in the home as well as the garages.

The previous company will no loose our business and we will be committing to Protech going forward.

I went with these folks because of their very good reputation online and their very high BBB rating. Something they take very seriously. A phone call to Rick was enough to get them out to assess the job. Sure enough, they deserve that high rating. From start to finish they were amazing to deal with. Free estimate, professional quote, quality install, after install check to make sure I was completely satisfied and only then did they take a dime from me. Will definitely work with these folks again and will recommend them to my friends.

Work was started on the quoted day, on time and finished the next day. All staff were excellent... friendly, approachable and very professional. An example of a company you can trust and rely on in the future.

The staff were knowledgeable and honest. They didn’t try to sell us parts (or an entirely new furnace like another company tried to do) that we didn’t need, rather they repaired what was broken.

Protech got back to me quickly with any questions I had. They scheduled me in quickly as well. I loved that They made all the arrangements with the city for the permit and inspection.

Darlene and Kevin have been an absolute delight to deal with.
