Jon- was respectful and polite, explained things well and showed me the part that needed replacing. He offered me suggestions on more efficient heating and cooling ideas. Thank you!!

Jon came to our house and thoroughly checked the entire system. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Jon spent time explaining the system and making adjustments and recommendations where necessary. We will definitely use Pritchards again for all of our HVAC needs.

We have had Pritcharda service our furnace since we moved into this house and always been very pleased. This week Tim and Josh installed a new furnace and once again it was an excellent job.

Weve been customers of Pritchards long before our move to Cobourg . But these past 3 yrs , Jon took us under his wing and has taken very good care of our furnace. He thoroughly explains everything to us, so that we understand our heating/cooling system and how it should be operating. If we could give them 10 star rating we would, but just know you will not regret calling Pritchards for your needs .
