We had our Furnace and A/C installed by A Plus back in November 2015. The sales rep Bernie was great and educated us on our best options. The installers themselves worked hard that day, but we did have some trouble with our condensation pipe on the furnace afterwards. We were upset, but A Plus fixed the problem and compensated us appropriately for the one-off experience. Phil, their sales manager has taken the matter seriously and professionally and we appreciate it. Even given this situation, I would go with them again.

We purchased our water heater from Home Depot. A Plus was contracted to give us an installation quote. From the beginning. Steven was prompt for his appointment, he explained what would happen. Luckily we were able to have our water heater installed the same day within hours of his quote. Reza and Bilal were excellent in the installation. They wore bootees, and installed drop sheets to protect the stairs and carpets. They were courteous, and answered any questions and requests that I had during the installation. Bilal looked after the gas, Reza connected the water pipes and the exhaust pipes had to be changed to the white pipes. Everything was perfect no leaks. Reza explained the water heater components and showed me how to drain off the water every 3 years to add years to my water heater. They are masters of their craft. I will be calling on A Plus and request Reza when I have to replace my furnace and Air Conditioner in the next year or two.
Reza recommended Tran as the furnace and A/C of choice, I have a Lennox Pulse and would not have considered anything else it's all I have had, but I have confidence in Reza's knowledge and recommendations I will read up on the Tran furnaces and A/C.
A Plus thank you for fitting us in to your very busy schedule. To get a water heater installed the same day with skilled craftsmen who could ask for anything more. I would highly recommend A Plus

Let me start off by saying that Luis (tech) got me fixed right up. Happy with the work that was done. Bottom line, I have heat. Steven was who I dealt with for parts and labour cost. After researching my issue, I knew what to budget. They came in right where I expected. The cost was fair, the fix was fairly quick.

They are real professional and did a very good job for us. Mr. Erfan khatri helped us in our worst situation and gave us a good furnace with a reasonable price and installed it the best way. Thanks to him and his team.

The installers were very professional, layed down drop cloths in the house and cleaned up after their work. Very satisfied with the work and the water heater works great.

The work was not only done by extremely qualified people but they were very helpful and open to answering questions as well as walking me through what was being done and how it was completed. Very nice guys who worked very hard all day to make this happen....and they stand by their work! From the initial discussions on price and products to work with my budget, to the final installation...Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to replace my old furnace and air conditioner this year and took many quotes from various dealers that ranged from 5500 to 9000. It was a difficult decision as I do not have much knowledge about all this. The only reason i selected this company because the sincere sales person Irfan. I found him honest and he was not pushy like others. And gave me enough information so I could choose the right stuff by myself rather than just buying what the sales person tells.
The install team too was professional. Couldnt ask for more. I would surely recommend them to my friends.

I am the owner of the home where the furnace was installed. I live in Kitchener and purchase over the phone with A Plus Air Systems.
Regarding purchase: Bernie was very professional and explained furnace specs so that I could compare it to other models etc.
I am confident that should any issues arise, A Plus Air Systems will
stand behind the warranty and service agreement.
Regarding the installation: Staff was professional, work was done in the expected time frame, they did not leave any mess behind and the furnace seem to be working just fine.
