The first time using Architalcan design and I was very impressed with Rocco and his team. He was accommodating and very professional.
After having difficulties in the past it sure was a pleasure to work with them.

I have had two projects for two major business renovations for Spa interior alterations each over 300k projects. Rocco was excellent with getting our designs and building permits completed quickly and with good quality.

Rocco was excellent. He delivered on time, did great work, and gave me a lot of support working through the approvals process (there were zoning and compliance issues). He also gave great restaurant recommendations in Rome.

I came off of working with another company and had a terrible experience.

Rocco was able to get my project back on track! We completed the plans and got our permits shortly after. Once we opened the walls we realized we needed to make small adjustments to the plan, Rocco was able to accomodate and re-submitted to the city so that our project stayed on time.

Rocco was terrific. He was very responsive to our suggestions and ideas and made the whole process simple. He offered strong advice on the important things like ventilation, insulation, and structural support. It was easy to work with him.

Rocco is amazing

I was stuck for several months and used the services of 2 separate architects unsuccessfully prior to using Roco. My lot is tiny and there were several issues to deal with. Rocco had the drawings completed and verbal approval from the building department in less than a week. LESS THAN A WEEK
Rocco knows how to get the job done right. He is extremely knowledgable and has a highly technical mind and a fantastic sense of design. Rocco saved the day.
It is clear that he loves what he does and only produces his best Work. It was a pleasure working with him.

We hired Rocco to help with doing drawings for our home interior renovation.

He was helpful with interfacing with / navigating the city permit office which is the value he brought to the project. He was also available while he was on vacation which provided a level of comfort during the beginning stages of our project. We did have a few revisions which he helped facilitate with the city which allowed us to get them clear before the city provided their permits along with ensuring HVAC and elevation drawings were done in a way that it could all fit under one cost.

Overall, good experience, I would consider using him again for my next project.

Rocco did our design for removing couple of load bearing wall to make our house more open concept. His service has been great from doing the design to getting the permission. He replied to emails and worked out with city even though he was in Italy. Definitely recommend him.

It is very challenging to find a professional or company that is both extremely effective and efficient. Rocco embodies both qualities in such a graceful way. He was very effective in working with us to explain potential solutions to making our home open concept and also extremely efficient in helping us get a permit application in less than a week despite his travels at the time.
