When I went to have a new fan installed in the third floor bathroom at my son's home, I discovered that the fan had been vented to the attic not outside. I turned to Mr Roof Repair to install the vent on our roof. I called and left my number and a brief indication of what I needed done. David called me back right away and gave me an estimate of the cost (based on a google view of the house) and made an arrangement for Pietro and Dan to come 4 days later. They were to arrive between 8:30 and 11:00. They arrived at about 8:45. They worked with my handyman to choose the exact right spot on the roof to install the vent. They worked quickly and cleanly and fed the conduit down to my handyman. I was very pleased and I will definitely use Mr Roof Repair for any other work that we need. The price that I indicated above included the hardware and taxes as well as the labour costs.

Hi Nancy…We encounter so many bathroom fans that are not properly vented! Thankfully, you were proactive about the situation, but some people are unaware which results in mold. Definitely not something you want hanging around your son!
