My wife and I were very happy from start to finish on our new backyard project. Marc went through the whole process from design to end. His team showed up when they were planned too and when they did not we received a call.....usually due to the rain. We like that he started on time and answered our calls. When we started the project of course it grew as we added in, which affected his next project, so we had some time delay but that was our problem. Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive. He closes the pool and opens so we see him twice a year. At times we knew we more then a handful, but by the end of the process it was done right! Family and neigbours love it! We got very tired dealing with salespeople that had no REAL idea of what it takes and never returned calls! YES, we would use this company for any water concrete landscape project.....judging by his album, we made the right decision!
