Josh arrived within two hours of calling. He explained the problem and had the replacement part available to immediately exchange. He was friendly, polite and completed the service quickly.

I called Mr Rooter early in the morning after my sump pump had failed and flooded part of my basement. They arrived fast and got it repaired. Very impressed. Very professional.

Very honest and hard working individuals. I found out about my basement leakage after I came back from work on Friday. I called this company and their plumber came out on Friday (same day) and the work was done in approximately 1 hour. Back to my normal life in one hour. Can't ask for any better service. 10/10

The communication was excellent from beginning to end (booking on line, prompt call back to schedule, call before arrival, discussion throughout service being performed and follow up after)! Service provided was also excellent (professional, friendly, thorough as well as clean and tidy).

Chris came out on a Saturday night and was quick and thorough. He answered all our questions. We also appreciated he was able to provide us some follow-up next steps so we could make sure our house was safe for our family.

Excellent had to get a part to fix it .told me after turning shower off after 20years of doing it wrong

Had evidence of water damage on my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. I called Mr. Rooter at noon and already had a scheduled appointment for 6PM that night. Aaron showed up a few minutes early and was very nice from the get-go. He assessed the situation and didn't jump to worst-case-scenario to cut my ceiling open. Instead he gave us all options and explained each one and why. After we decided, Aaron carefully cut open our drywall instead and found our problem and fixed it for us at a good price. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Aaron!

Kris did work at my house this morning he was very friendly and professional explained the things he was doing to me, took away a lot of worry. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends.
