Lindy Architect provided excellent architectural plans and supervision of the project. Steve shepherded the project successfully through Committee of Adjustment and acquisition of permits. He was creative in addressing some challenging issues and has provided continued input throughout. Steve was easy to contact and communicate with, calm and very organized.
Steve is very pleasant to work with and open to input from the client. He also introduced me to a few different contractors, one of which I hired and am very satisfied with. I highly recommend Lindy Architect.
