Matthew scheduled our appointment very promptly after my initial call and came the next day. He was very considerate and careful of our flooring, counter and appliance when he had to move the stove. He was very helpful about my questions and fixed our stove quickly. I highly recommend Matthew and Pro Appliance.

When I called PRO Appliance Tuesday afternoon to ask them come and look at our fridge, the lady on the phone was very helpful. She asked if we had a second fridge we could use until they could repair the broken one. When I said no, she understood the urgency of getting a technician to call us. Within an hour we had a call from Matthew, who asked a few questions and then made an appointment to examine the fridge. Parts had to be order to repair it, and as soon as they arrived Matthew made an appointment with us to make the repair. He just left and the fridge has been repaired. Matthew suggested how we could get the fridge working again while we waited for the parts to fix the defrost cycle, so the impact of the problem was minimized. Matthew explained everything clearly during his two visits, and at no time did I have to question if I was getting good service. I worked in a customer support and service role before retiring, and I was treated by PRO Appliance like I treated my customers. I will use PRO Appliance again.

our 4 year old refrigerator was not defrosting properly causing the top shelves to be warm and the bottom to be cold. The diagnosis of the problem and the solution were done professionally.
Matthew is very honest and very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the repair. The price was comparable and fair.

Prompt, knowledgeable, great customer service!
Initially had them in to repair oven that was overheating. Matthew pointed out to me that my door hinges were warped and should they break and the door falls off this would be very costly. He recommended replacing the hinges. In addition I only needed to pay for one service call despite him coming twice

This company is fantastic. Customer service to a tee which is very hard to find nowadays. Highly recommend this company for any repair to any appliance. I have used them on several occasions. They are true to their word when they will be there when they get the part in and absolutely love that!
