I was very pleased with the service I received from Pro Appliance. The technician Matthew was very professional and friendly. He was quick to identify the problem with the Dryer Door and present a quote for the parts and labor to fix it. The follow up was prompt and in no time my dryer was up and running. We are very happy we found Pro Appliance. We called and a technician was sent out the next day. He showed up on time. He was very professional, and explained things in an easy to understand manner. He clearly laid out our options and did not try to talk us into an expensive repair. We would highly recommend Pro Appliance and would not hesitate to use them again.

Pro appliance is very good they come on time do the job and also give you advice on any appliance ! I find the price is a little to high but they get job done!!

They were friendly and professional over the phone. A technician was able to come out the next day, called 20 minutes before he arrived as promised, and was actually here at the start of the service window (versus barely making it within the time) - very much appreciated.
He quickly found the problem, had no problems with me watching and explained things clearly. The pump was quickly replaced and things cleaned up. And he even gave me some advice to help extend the life of my washer.
Overall, efficient, effective, friendly and reasonable costs. A very pleasant (and efficient) experience!

Pro Appliance truly deserved high reviews listed on this site. Minutes from sending email inquiry I received a phone call confirmation. The issue with my gas range was resolved within 24 hours by Matthew who I would highly recommend to anyone looking for no BS expert. Matthew is highly professional, knowledgeable, organized and a great guy. It is good to know who to call next time there an issue!

I just found out about this website but I wanted to post a review from services I recieved Last year. My stove and Microwave were not working. Pro Appliance came out and fixed the elements and fuse to my stove and also the microwave was not heating properly. That was also fixed. The service was quick, professional and the price was right.
