416 So Clean are very professional and courteous. I was impressed with the ease of doing business - from the online quote to the phone follow up. They checked the time to see if it was ok if they arrived a bit early (it was!). Once on site, they explained the process and got straight to work.
The carpets all look so much better and I will use their services again in the future.

This company was very professional. They provided a written quote, confirmation of the appointment, a walk through of the house to confirm the work before beginning, and a walk through after to make sure I was satisfied. The technicians were professional and quick, and left my house tidy after they were done.

I paid $500 +tax for carpet and duct cleaning of my 1700 sq ft home. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but these guys provided high quality service.

My carpets required cleaning as the staircases (3) had nasty stains. So Clean came highly recommended by a RE Agent. Adel answered my call and arranged for his team to be onsite the very next day. My contractor was onsite and called to say "Good NEWS" your carpet is clean as new. Adel & team delivered timely, quality service with exceptional price. I am so pleased with the level of professionalism from the moment I called 416-SO-CLEAN. I dealt with Ruby and Adel (owner) on the phone. They were so helpful with all of my questions. The technicians were Daltony and Carlos. They were very friendly and did a great job! To be honest I almost wished I had more for them to clean because I was so impressed:)

Last year (October 2012), after doing some fairly extensive renovations, 416-so-clean came in to clean my living room couch and chairs. It was the first time the furniture had been cleaned and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very happy with the outcome. 416-so-clean was professional, on-time and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again.

I want to thank Adel and his team, especially Daltony who worked on the above services to get my house prepared for the arrival of a new baby this December. Adel was very prompt in answering every question I had. At one point there was a small miscommunication on the quote sheet and Adel made sure to abide by what he promised, even though it was a higher service than what I had paid for. Daltony was courteous and professional and worked very hard. Booties were worn and carpet laid out to make sure that the equipment didn't make a mess. My skeptical husband (due to previous companies) came home and was so happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family and to hire them again for the upkeep of my home. Thank you to Matthew as well with the help on the grout.

Bar none, by far the best service I have ever received from a trade. They are attentive and make sure the customer is happy. Overall I am extremely impressed and will recommend to everyone I know!!

Easy breezy booking, prompt confirmation, superior cleaning. The cleaner, Matthew, is a pleasure - explains the process and what to expect and do afterward. (E.g. You'll see fluff balls - that is a good thing, vacuum with and against the grain when dry.) Will definitely continue with 416-SO-CLEAN and have recommended them to my condo discussion forum.
