Afifa - the lady that handled my booking was very professional and was understanding with respect to timing due to child-care, she was able to provide me a more narrow window of the work time. Adel and Richard were on-time, very professional and the carpet and stairs look almost new. Great job, great service and very professional. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
